Body massage

Massage treatments designed to relax and calm down the nervous system. I conduct home visits in the North Lake District. All my treatments are 60 - 90 minutes long as it takes the body a while to relax and unwind.

When you book an appointment, I will first ask you to complete some details about yourself and discuss this during an initial consultation to help me get a glimpse of who you are, your favourite scents and any health issues you are trying to address. We will start to identify some essential oils that you feel drawn to, and I will use those in your first massage treatment and come up with a treatment plan.

Corporate desk massage

Massage treatments of 20 minutes each, employees can remain seated at their desk without having to remove any clothes and no equipment is needed. These treatments are ideal for small to medium businesses who would like to help their employees reduce tension and have healthy, regular breaks built into their day. Massages can be personalised to the individual, but generally will focus on the head, neck, shoulders, forearms and hands.
